Scott is a leadership coach who has a passion for supporting leaders at all levels of business.  He has a strongly held belief – borne from two decades of working with organisations large and small – that those who lead teams are the key to business performance.  Unfortunately, they don’t often receive the support or training required to give them the confidence to lead those teams as successfully as they perhaps could.

Today, Scott runs Inspiring Change, a Dublin-based consulting business, founded in 2017, that helps organisations to build better cultures.  Working specifically in the areas of organisational culture change, employee communications and leadership, his clients include the FAI, PSNI, Vhi, Department of Rural and Community Development, Bus Éireann, Glenveagh Homes, and Enterprise Ireland.

 

Scott lives in North Dublin with his wife and two children (he managed to ship the third one off to Galway Uni this year).
