My name is Paddy Mathews, and I am an Executive & Leadership Coach with over 40 years leadership and management experience in the public and private sector with particular expertise in leading groups and individuals in change.
Inquiry and discovery are central to how I coach. I work co-actively with my clients to create a space where the client`s world is explored, unseen strengths and facets of themselves revealed, challenges are reframed and the client's solutions are created and actioned.
I have worked with leaders at all levels in the private, public and voluntary sectors facing a wide range of challenges such as, career and personal change, leading others in change, managing conflict, leading in employee relations and leading groups.
