Niamh is an executive and leadership coach with a passion for helping individuals at various points in their careers to unlock their potential. Whether it’s supporting early career professionals, high-potential leaders or managing career transitions, Niamh provides the space for clients to explore their strengths and to see themselves and others from a broader and more varied perspective.
Niamh is a strategic communications professional with 30 years’ experience of delivering high-impact communications strategies focused on internal and external audiences in the global healthcare and technology industries. Throughout her career, she has worked with C-suite executives on programmes to embed culture, improve employee engagement, manage change through acquisition and build employer brands.
Niamh has also led philanthropic strategies and programmes for global organisations interested in engaging with communities and creating a more equitable society.

A proud native of Kerry, Niamh lives in Dublin with her husband and two teenage sons. Outside of work, she plays basketball and enjoys hiking, golf and taking a dip in the ocean. Niamh also enjoys volunteering and is a Board Member of Junior Achievement Ireland.
