TCN Coach Joe Shannon

It is an integral part of his character to want to help people in all walks of life especially those in very challenging positions and has been doing so (Coaching/Mentoring/Advising) for many years. His personal philosophy is that we can prosper and thrive when actively engaged in our own personal development. By learning to carry our loads with confidence and appropriate support, life can be very rewarding.

His ambition is to see people realise what success (e.g. overcome obstacles, career transitions, balanced life, feeling stuck…) would look like for them and actively plan their route to that success. This invariably happens via a heightened awareness on the part of the client which is invoked through an effective & rich partnership with the coach.

Joseph is also a proud father of four children. In his own time, he practices what he preaches and engages in an enthusiastic pursuit of hiking, climbing and fitness in tandem with a thirst for knowledge and wisdom that practical living and an open mind can impart. He is an active proponent of self-development and regularly pursues activities/training which enhance his thinking, speaking, writing & listening skills.
